Tour Eligibility

This event is one of the many benefits of membership in the ASCM Massachusetts Minuteman Chapter, and you must be a member in order to register. If you are not a member, you can join ASCM through this link (make sure to select the Massachusetts Minuteman Chapter when signing up for your membership). Once your membership is active, you will be able to register for the tour*.

*As there is limited space, priority will be given to those members who have not already attended a Massport tour. Those who have done so already can still register, but will initially be placed on a waiting list. Previous attendees on the waiting list will be notified whether or not a spot is available by Monday, September 28, 2026 at 12:00 PM.

Meet-Up Location:
492 Summer Street, South Boston, MA
(Corner of D Street and Summer Street, near the Omni Hotel)
The tour bus will depart from this location and take all attendees to Conley Terminal.

Security Requirements/Registration Close Schedule

In compliance with Massport Police and U.S. Customs and Border Protection, we are required to submit a list of all attendees 48 hours before the tour, so the registration link below WILL CLOSE ON Monday, September 28, 2026 @ 11:59 PM.

Safety Requirements

1.    Footwear:
Open-toed shoes, flip-flops, sandals, or high heels are not permitted.
Sneakers or boots are required for entry.
2.    Clothing:
Comfortable, casual clothing is recommended. Due to exposure to wind, skirts and dresses are discouraged.
3.    Identification:
A valid, government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) must be presented at the gate on the day of the tour. No exceptions will be made. Entry will be denied without valid ID. 

Security and Privacy Guidelines

4.    Attendee Information Submission:
All attendee data must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance for security screening.
5.    Recording Restrictions:
Video recording is strictly prohibited. Photography may be allowed only in designated areas as directed by terminal personnel.

Important Note: When you submit your registration, you are consenting to your information being shared with Massport and U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) for security clearance. Your data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and used solely for terminal access authorization. You are indicating your agreement to these terms in order to be registered for the tour.
